THE ROLE

We are hiring a part-time Summer Software Development Intern to support the CHAMP development team. This role is based in the SITA Atlanta (Cumberland/Vinings) office and will be part of a global team.

The Software Development Intern will support the development of innovative applications supporting the air transport industry. Youll gain exposure to blockchain, IOT devices, and web application development. Our team is looking for ways to leverage innovative technology to provide the best products to our customers.

Internship dates are May 15th to early August 2019. Participation in the internship program is for student who are currently enrolled/pursuing an undergraduate degree.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EDUCATION

  • Must be available to work approximately 20 hours a week
  • A sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
  • Background in front and back end programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, & CSS
  • We are looking for someone who has the drive to learn, take on a challenge, and be creative!
  • Education in the field of software development.
  • Familiarity with AWS/Cloud Architecture platforms is a plus
  • Must have a passion for software development and emerging technology
